Dar Dasha
Our story

A house, a table, a welcome

Dar Dasha means a place to gather. That is exactly what we set out to make.

Tomatoes and produce at the Essaouira souk

Cooked from the market, served with intention

We shop the Essaouira souks in the morning (tomatoes still warm from the sun, herbs by the armful, fish from the port nearby) and let the day's market decide much of what reaches your table.

The cooking is Moroccan and unhurried: slow tagines, salads built for colour and crunch, a pastilla worth saving room for. We plate it with a modern, restrained hand, but the flavours are the ones we grew up with.

The room matters too. We dressed it ourselves (clay, wood, woven raffia, plants reaching for the skylight) so that a meal here feels less like a restaurant and more like being welcomed into a home.

What we care about

01

Fresh, daily

Bought that morning, cooked that day.

02

Generous portions

Made to share, the Moroccan way.

03

A real welcome

You arrive as a guest, you leave as a friend.

Dar Dasha's bright, minimalist main dining room

Come and see for yourself

Reserve a table and let us take care of the rest.
